The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and functional health foods comprising extract of lees of Korean rice wine as an active ingredient for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition and functional health foods comprising ethylacetate fractions produced from ethanol extract of the lees of Korean rice wine as an active ingredient for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases.
