PURPOSE: A temperature and pH sensitive hydrogel and a drug delivery system using the same are provided to be applied to a sustained release drug delivery system and diagnosis.CONSTITUTION: A PAA oligomer compound for a temperature and pH sensitive drug delivery system solely contains a poly(amido amine)(PAA) olimer. The PAA oligomer is denoted by chemical formula 1. The average molecular weight of PAA oligomer is 500-1,000. A PAA oligomer precursor is prepared by coupling between akylene bisacrylamide compound substituent having a secondary amine group and a diamine compound substituent having a secondary amine group.
