The present invention relates to a method for producing fermented cultured wild ginseng containing increased amounts of specific phenol compounds, including the following steps: (a) steaming cultured wild ginseng； (b) adding water to the cultured wild ginseng steamed in the step (a)； and (c) adding Leuconostoc mesenteroides to the water-added cultured wild ginseng in the step (b), and then fermenting the same thereafter.
