PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transducer device, an ultrasonic measuring apparatus, a probe, an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, etc., capable of improving both transmission capability and reception capability of an ultrasonic wave.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic transducer device 100 includes: a substrate 110 having an opening； a vibration film 120 formed on the substrate 110； an ultrasonic transducer element 130 formed of a thin film piezoelectric element on the vibration film 120； and a photodetector 140 for irradiating the vibration film 120 with light through the opening, and for detecting reflected light of the radiated light. By the detection of the reflected light, the photodetector 140 detects the vibration of the vibration film 120 caused by an ultrasonic echo, to output an ultrasonic wave reception signal.
