The present invention relates to a method for producing superior fruit tree seedlings by using a fine mesh. More specifically, the method includes the steps of spreading the fine mesh over the soil of a cultivation area having embedded punctured pipes, adding upper soil onto the fine mesh by 10-30 cm, plaiting the fruit tree seedlings onto the soil, and obtaining the superior fruit tree seedlings being grown. The method can suppress the roots of the fruit tree seedlings such as apple tree seedlings from growing below the fine mesh and keeping the roots in the upper soil having the thickness of 10-30 cm. Accordingly, the seedlings can be obtained manually without using an agricultural tool or a shovel, thereby reducing the labor needed. The present invention can increase the number of fine roots and reduces the number of roots being cut when the seedlings are obtained in order to ensure high rooting survival rate. The present invention minimizes the cultivation disturbance (or base effect) to produce the seedlings in the same package, thereby increasing the soil utilization. The present invention can produce seedlings having shorter roots from the original stem above the ground compared to a conventional method to meet the high density planting trends.
