The present invention relates to peptides comprising at least one in vitro immunodominant CD4 + T epitope of the cyclin B1 tumor antigen, capable of stimulating a specific human CD4 + T cell response in subjects with various HLA II molecules, and to use of these peptides as an anti-cancer vaccine and as a reagent for the diagnosis of cancer or immunomonitoring of the cellular response against cyclin B1 during cancer or cancer treatment.La présente invention est relative à des peptides comprenant au moins un épitope T CD4+ immunodominant in vitro de l'antigène tumoral cycline Bl, capables de stimuler une réponse en lymphocytes T CD4+ humains spécifiques chez des sujets présentant des molécules HLA II variées, et à l'utilisation de ces peptides comme vaccin anticancéreux et comme réactif pour le diagnostic du cancer ou l'immunomonitoring de la réponse cellulaire contre la cycline Bl au cours d'un cancer ou d'un traitement anticancéreux.
