PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition showing high immunostimulation effect at a low cost, as medicine, health food, and feed additive for livestock farming and fishery.SOLUTION: Polysaccharide contains as the constituent sugar derived from starfish and having an immunostimulation action, one or a plurality of sugars selected from a group consisting of at least N-acetyl-D-galactosamine, N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, L-fucose, D-arabinose, D-mannose, D-glucose, and D-galactose.
