PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat only a cancer tissue surely in a pin-point manner and to treat it when treating visceral cancer such as the pancreatic cancer.SOLUTION: An endoscopic cancer treatment system 100 which treats cancer tissues to be a lesioned part by heating together with an ultrasonic endoscope 1 to be used in an ultrasonic endoscope puncture suction method includes: a heating needle 110 provided with a heater and a temperature detection element on an end side； and a control part 116 controlling the heater at a prescribed temperature on the basis of temperature data detected by the temperature detection element.
