PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endotracheal tube little causing attachment of sputum.SOLUTION: An endotracheal tube 101 includes a distal end 122 to be disposed at the lung side in the trachea 7, a proximal end 121 provided at an opposite side of the distal end, and a tubular body 102 having a respiration path 102a formed inside thereof. The endotracheal tube further includes a film 150 that has a sputum-repellent layer 154 exposed to the respiration path, disposed at least at a part of inner peripheral surface of the tube body.
