The present invention provides methods for determining the endotoxin content of an aluminium salt preparation for use in medicine, comprising the steps of: • a. Mixing the aluminium salt preparation with a desorption buffer thereby desorbing any endotoxin from the aluminium salt； • b. Separating the aluminium salt from the endotoxin； and • c. Measuring the amount of endotoxin.La présente invention concerne des procédés de détermination de la teneur en endotoxine dans une préparation de sel d'aluminium destinée à un usage médical, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : • a. le mélange de la préparation de sel d'aluminium avec un tampon de désorption pour ainsi désorber l'endotoxine du sel d'aluminium ； • b. la séparation entre le sel d'aluminium et l'endotoxine ； et • c. la mesure de la quantité d'endotoxine.
