PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make gradation corresponding to a photographed part by improving precision when performing gradation conversion of a long image obtained by connecting a plurality of images.SOLUTION: An image generation part 202 includes a pixel correction part 203 for correcting a pixel value of a partial image acquired by a partial image acquisition part 201, and an image composition part 204 for performing composition by combining partial images with each other at an overlapping area. A feature amount acquisition part 208 analyzes each partial image in accordance with information of a photographed part obtained by a photographed part acquisition part 207, and calculates a feature amount. Each partial image is a partial image which is acquired by the partial image acquisition part 201 and has been corrected by the pixel correction part 203.
