Compositions and methods for treating aggregation-associated diseases are disclosed. In particular, compositions comprising the nascent polypeptide-associated complex (NAC) and the apical domain of CCT1 as well as peptide fragments thereof and fusion proteins containing NAC and CCT1 peptides can be used to suppress pathological protein aggregation and are useful for treatment of diseases associated with polyQ aggregation, amyloid beta aggregation, and alpha-synuclein aggregation.L'invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes de traitement de maladies associées à l'agrégation des protéines. En particulier, l'invention concerne des compositions comprenant le complexe associé au polypeptide naissant (NAC) et le domaine apical de CCT1 ainsi que des fragments peptidiques de celui-ci et des protéines de fusion contenant des peptides NAC et CCT1 peuvent être utilisés pour supprimer l'agrégation de protéines pathologiques et sont utiles pour le traitement de maladies associées à l'agrégation de polyQ, à l'agrégation de bêta-amyloïde et à l'agrégation d'alpha-synucléine.
