PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic treatment accelerating device which can efficiently give a vibration to a tooth to be aligned via an orthodontic mouthpiece attached to the tooth, and be easily attached and detached.SOLUTION: The orthodontic mouthpiece 8 for aligning a row of teeth 3 is required to be attached in advance. At least a vibration generating part 11, a transmitting part 13 for transmitting the vibration of the vibration generating part 11 and a contact part 12 attached to the transmitting part 13 are structured in a size at which they can be detachably attached to the tooth 3a to be aligned or the mouthpiece 8 in its vicinity.
