PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a therapeutic technology for alleviating an ischemia reperfusion injury that has a low risk of side effects and is capable of suppressing neutrophil infiltration and platelet activation during ischemia reperfusion.SOLUTION: An inhalable medical gaseous composition of the present invention which contains oxygen, hydrogen, and nitric oxide, and the remainder consisting of inert gas is an inhalable medical gaseous composition for alleviating an ischemia-reperfusion injury.
