PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make information on both of an emergency message caused by operation at a call operation unit of a slave device provided in a room and an emergency message caused by a detection unit detecting abnormality in the room be displayed on a display as much as possible, even when the messages overlap.SOLUTION: When an emergency message caused by a residents operating a call operation unit 3 of a slave device 1 and an emergency message caused by a detection unit 4 of the slave device 1 detecting abnormality in a residents room where the resident lives overlap, room information for identifying the room, resident information for identifying the resident, and class information for identifying classes of the emergency messages are made to be displayed in a lump in the same pop-up image on a display 14. Thereby, when emergency messages which are from the same room and have different classes of information overlap, the emergency messages are displayed in the same pop-up image and are capable of being viewed in the single pop-up image.
