[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing a syringe formed from a resin, which is not susceptible to separation of a print layer such as scale marks printed on the outer surface of a syringe main body； a pre-filled syringe； and a method for producing a syringe formed from a resin.[Solution] A syringe 10 formed from a resin, which is provided with: a syringe main body 11 that is formed from a polyolefin； and a print layer 18 that is printed on at least a part of an outer surface 17 of the syringe main body. This syringe 10 formed from a resin is configured such that: the print layer comprises components including a chlorinated polypropylene having a chlorination rate of 15-30%, a coloring agent and a filler； the outer surface on which the print layer is printed has a plurality of recesses 19 each having a depth d1 and a width d2 of 50 nm or more but less than 1 μm； and the recesses are filled with at least one of the components of the print layer.
