The hub has a regular length and is formed in a hollow shape in order to form an insertion flow path. The sheath unit has a penetration flow path, is formed in a predetermined length, and is made of an elastic material. The catheter of a predetermined length is inserted into the insertion flow path, passes through the hub, and is protruded from the sheath unit through the penetration flow path.
