To provide methods for laying solar battery panels ON the rooftop and also greening the rooftop.
SOLUTION: The method includes: laying solar battery panels ON the rooftop in parallel to each other at a slant so that the back sides of the laid solar battery panels are formed into slanted surfaces and greening the slanted surfaces, so as to simultaneously attain electric POWER generation by the solar battery panels where the greening plants is irradiated with reflected light from the backside solar battery panels and rooftop greening. By the method and planters disposed ON the north side corresponding to the back side of the solar battery panels disposed toward the south side are also irradiated with the light.
