A tracheal/endotracheal device that has an integrated system for removing mucins and similar infectious secretions. The tracheal/endotracheal device has several channels. One channel delivers air to a patient's lungs. At least two other channels cooperate to deliver a mist of antiseptic ingredients to an area in the trachea and to suction away the mist and any mucins and secretions. The mist and bodily fluids captured by the suctioning channel are delivered to a collection vessel outside of the trachea.La présente invention concerne un dispositif trachéal/endotrachéal qui possède un système intégré d'élimination des mucines et sécrétions infectieuses similaires. Le dispositif trachéal/endotrachéal comprend plusieurs canaux. Un canal fournit de l'air aux poumons d'un patient. Au moins deux autres canaux coopèrent pour distribuer une brume d'agents antiseptiques vers une zone de la trachée et aspirer la brume et n'importe quelles mucines et sécrétions. La brume et des liquides organiques capturés par le canal d'aspiration sont envoyés à un récipient de collecte à l'extérieur de la trachée.
