The present invention relates to an endoscope anti-fog system which comprises an illumination light source part, a light collection part, and a heat transmission part. The illumination light source part generates a light which is emitted to a subject, the light collection part includes a window of an endoscope terminal and an objective lens adjacent to the window and the heat transmission part transfers heat generated from the illumination light source part to the light collection part.
