PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray radiographing apparatus which corrects the gradation of chest X-ray images so that a lung field region obtains sufficiently stable luminance and contrast regardless of a subject.SOLUTION: The lung field region, an intra-diaphragm region, and a near-pyramid lung field region of the chest X-ray images are each extracted, feature quantities of pixel values of the respective regions are extracted, a gradation conversion table is prepared on the basis of the extracted feature quantities, and the gradation conversion of the chest X-ray images is performed using the gradation conversion table.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 肺野領域が被検体によらず十分に安定した輝度、及びコントラストとなるように胸部X線画像の階調補正を行うことが可能なX線撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】 胸部X線画像の肺野領域、横隔膜内椎体領域、及び椎体近傍肺野領域をそれぞれ抽出し、各領域の画素値の特徴量を抽出すると共に、抽出した特徴量に基づいて階調変換テーブルを作成し、この階調変換テーブルを用いて胸部X線画像の階調変換を行なう。【選択図】 図2
