The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating DYRK-related diseases containing a pyridine compound as an active ingredient. The pyridine compound of the present invention, which is used as an active ingredient of the pharmaceutical compound, inhibits an activity of DYRK with very high efficacy and very high selectivity. Therefore, the compound can be effectively used for preventing or treating DYRK-related diseases such as Down syndrome, degenerative brain diseases, cancer, metabolic diseases and the like.본 발명은 피리딘계 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 DYRK 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 약학적 조성물의 유효성분으로 이용되는 본 발명의 피리딘계 화합물은 매우 높은 효능으로, 그리고 매우 높은 선택성으로 DYRK1A의 활성을 억제하는바, 다운증후군, 퇴행성 뇌질환, 암 질환, 대사성 질환 등과 같은 DYRK 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
