PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol composition which is used for an injection type aerosol agent injecting a medicine or a cosmetic and can maintain an injection pressure excellent in an arriving actual feeling at an arriving point in the object to be injected, when the medicine or the cosmetic is injected from the injection type aerosol agent.SOLUTION: The aerosol composition is used for an injection type aerosol agent 1 injecting the medicine or the cosmetic. The aerosol composition includes: a liquid including water and alcohol and a propellant. The mass ratio between the content of the water in the liquid and the content of the alcohol in the liquid is (20:80) to (50:50). The propellant includes: dimethyl ether a liquefied petroleum gas and a nitrogen gas.
