The subject of present invention is to provide sustained-release fine particles and a preparation comprising sustained-release fine particles. The said sustained-release fine particles comprise supported material in which release of the supported material is controlled sufficiently further, the supported material can be diffused sufficiently even if in a medium such as water further having excellent property of sustained-releasing two different supported materials in the desired amounts respectively.The solution mean of the present invention is sustained-release fine particles and a preparation comprising sustained-release fine particles. The said sustained-release fine particles comprise supported material, microparticule-shape granules, and coating agent, wherein microparticule-shape granules have the average diameter in the range of 20~300μm.本發明之課題為提供一種緩釋性微粒子及含有該緩釋性微粒子之製劑,前述緩釋性微粒子係將被支承物質予以支承之微粒子,該微粒子係具有:得以充分控制被支承物質之釋出,進一步,即使於水中等之介質(medium)中,亦得以使被支承物質充分擴散,又,得以使水溶解度不同之2種以上的被支承物質,分別以所欲量予以緩釋之優異特性。本發明之解決手段為一種緩釋性微粒子及含有該緩釋性微粒子之製劑,前述緩釋性微粒子係含有:被支承物質、微細粒狀體、及被覆劑之緩釋性微粒子,且微細粒狀體具有20~300μm範圍內之平均粒徑。
