The present invention relates to a biopsy device including: a body extending lengthwise； an external needle including a first pipe having a hollow portion therein and a second pipe disposed in parallel to the first pipe, for guiding a hemostasis material, and connected to one side of the body so as to extend lengthwise； an internal needle provided in the first pipe and extending lengthwise； and a sliding unit provided in the body and connected to a distal end of one side of the internal needle, for moving the internal needle forwards and rearwards, wherein the internal needle is moved a predetermined distance from the hollow portion of the first pipe by the sliding unit.본 발명은 길이방향으로 확장된 몸체； 내부에 중공이 형성된 제1관 및 상기 제1관과 병렬로 배치되어 지혈물질을 가이드 하는 제2관을 구비하며, 상기 몸체의 일측에 연결설치되어 길이방향으로 확장된 외침； 상기 제1관 내부에 구비되며 길이방향으로 확장된 내침； 및 상기 몸체에 구비되며, 상기 내침의 일측 종단과 연결설치되어 내침을 전/후로 이동 가능하도록 하는 슬라이딩 수단； 을 포함하고, 상기 내침은 상기 슬라이딩 수단에 의해 상기 제1관의 중공으로부터 일정거리 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 조직 생검 장치에 관한 것이다.
