PURPOSE: A composition containing Curcuma Longae Radix, Phellinus Linteus, and Scutellariae Radix is provided to suppress Ca^2+ and reactive oxygen generation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cerebrovascular diseases contains extract of Curcuma Longae Radix, Phellinus Linteus, and Scutellariae Radix as an active ingredient. The extract is isolated using water, alcohol, or mixture thereof. The alcohol is C1-C4 low alcohol.
