PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To Provide a multilayer container and multilayer body having excellent gas barrier property and transparency even after heat treatment.SOLUTION: A multilayer container of the present invention has a layer (X) containing at least one kind of polyolefin resin as a main component and a layer (Y) containing a polyamide resin (A) as a main component, wherein the polyamide resin (A) is composed of a diamine-derived constituent unit and a dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent unit, and 70 mol% or more of the constituent units derived from the diamine are derived from a m-xylylene diamine, 30 to 60 mol% of constituent units derived from the dicarboxylic acid is derived from an α, ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 4 to 20 carbon atoms, and 70 to 40 mol% is derived from isophthalic acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】加熱処理後も、優れたガスバリア性および透明性を有する多層容器ならびに多層体の提供。【解決手段】 本発明の多層容器は、ポリオレフィン樹脂の少なくとも１種を主成分とする層（Ｘ）およびポリアミド樹脂（Ａ）を主成分とする層（Ｙ）を有し、前記ポリアミド樹脂（Ａ）が、ジアミン由来の構成単位と、ジカルボン酸由来の構成単位から構成され、前記ジアミン由来の構成単位の７０モル％以上がメタキシリレンジアミンに由来し、前記ジカルボン酸由来の構成単位の、３０～６０モル％が炭素数４～２０のα，ω－直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸に由来し、７０～４０モル％がイソフタル酸に由来する。【選択図】なし
