The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating cancer and boosting immunity, including nanoparticles which contain antigens and adjuvant. According to the present invention, the nanoparticles containing external antigen and adjuvant are rapidly broken down in cells after directly injected into a target area, resulting in induction of antigen-presenting cell maturation by the adjuvant. In addition, immune evasion for cancer cells are avoided, as T cells recognizes external antigens.
