PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable various simulations by an image while assuming actual surgery by considering a degree of deformation of an organ composed of a soft substance and the like.SOLUTION: An image diagnosis support program includes the steps of: an image input step S01 for inputting multiple pieces of two-dimensional tomographic image information of an organ to be a diagnostic object a model creation step S02 for creating a tetrahedron model that is an aggregate of a tetrahedron block in which adjacent apexes are connected to each other and reflects at least stiffness and mass of each part constituting the organ, on the basis of the multiple pieces of two-dimensional tomographic image information input in the image input step S01 deformation reception steps S03, S05, S07, and S11 for receiving operation with deformation to the tetrahedron model created and re-creation steps S04, S06, S08, and S12 for re-creating the tetrahedron model according to the operation with the deformation received.
