PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heatstroke precaution system capable of suitably preventing, when heatstroke breaks out in one of the buildings in a predetermined area, an outbreak of heatstroke in another building.SOLUTION: The heatstroke precaution system for performing heatstroke precaution processing is constructed in land 10 for sale in lots. The heatstroke precaution system includes home servers 21 for the respective buildings 11, and a management server 26 for a smart center 25. Each home server 21 determines whether anyone has come down with heatstroke in each building 11, and carries out environment improvement processing and notifies the management server 26 to the effect when there is someone who has come down with heatstroke.
