#$%^&*AU2020101356A420200820.pdf#####ABSTRACT The present invention provides a method for facilitating increase of the content of taxane components in branches and leaves of Chinese yew (Taxus chinensis var. mairei), including the following steps: (1) a methanol extracted solution is prepared from happy tree (camptotheca acuminate) seeds, and the extracted solution is concentrated to dryness to obtain a solid； (2) the solid is prepared into an aqueous suspension； and (3) Chinese yew seedlings are irrigated with the aqueous suspension. The method provided in the present invention can increase the content of taxane components in branches and leaves of Chinese yew, and thus promote the economic value of Chinese yew. 6
