The present invention relates to an herbal nutraceutical food composition comprising of young stalk of Alpinia nigra whole plant of Drymaria cordata fruit of Averrhoa carambola whole plant of Centella asiatica fruit of Momordica charantia root of Glycyrhiza glabra and leaves of Chenopodium album. The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of such composition and use thereof.
