The disclosure relates to a seed meter for an agricultural planter, comprising: a seed disc (220) rotatable in a direction of travel, said seed disc (220) comprising: a seed side surface； a vacuum side； a plurality of seed apertures (222) disposed along a seed aperture path as said seed disc (220) rotates in said direction of travel； and a plurality of guide cavities (232) disposed adjacent to said seed apertures (222) on said vacuum side of said seed disc (220)； and a seed ejector assembly (270) comprising a lever arm (275) supporting an ejector wheel (276) and guide wheel (286), said lever arm (275) biased towards said vacuum side of said seed disc (220) such that said ejector wheel (276) engages said seed apertures (222) and said guide wheel (286) engages said guide cavities (232).
