PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Ca-rich mineral water as well as to provide salt having adjusted Ca and Mg contents, high palatability and no variation in quality, and to also provide a method for treating seawater to obtain the salt and mineral water.SOLUTION: The method for treating seawater to obtain the salt and mineral water from seawater is characterized by sequentially carrying out a step 1 of concentrating seawater by a reverse osmosis membrane method, that is, a step of obtaining first concentrated water from seawater by carrying out a step of passing the seawater through an NF (Nano Filtration) membrane and a step of concentrating it with an RO (Reverse Osmosis) membrane a step 2 of obtaining second concentrated water by concentrating the first concentrated water by an evaporation method by which water is evaporated and a step 3 of dehydrating the second concentrated water to separate the salt and mineral water.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 CaとMgの含有量が調整された、嗜好性の高く且つ品質にばらつきがない塩を提供するとともに、Caの含有量が多いミネラル水を提供する。また、当該塩及びミネラル水を得るための海水処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】 海水から塩及びミネラル水を得るための海水処理方法であって、(工程1)逆浸透膜法により海水を濃縮する工程であって、NF膜に透過させる工程と、RO膜により濃縮する工程を行うことにより海水から第一濃縮水を得る工程、(工程2)前記第一濃縮水を、水分を蒸発させる蒸発法により濃縮して第二濃縮水を得る工程、(工程3)前記第二濃縮水に脱水処理を行うことにより、塩とミネラル水に分離する工程を順に行うことを特徴とする海水処理方法である。【選択図】 図1
