PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsation detection device, electronic equipment and a program, etc., by which proper body motion noise reduction processing can be performed even when noise components are included in body motion detection signals.SOLUTION: A pulsation detection device 100 includes: a body motion noise reduction part 115 performing body motion noise reduction processing for reducing body motion noise components included in pulse wave detection signals from a pulse wave detection part 10 having a pulse wave sensor 11 and a body motion signal processing part 113 for performing signal processing on body motion detection signals from a body motion detection part 20 having a pressure sensor for detecting an atmospheric pressure or a hydraulic pressure. Then, the body motion signal processing part 113 performs the signal processing for reducing pressure change components due to the change of an external environment on the body motion detection signals from the body motion detection part 20.
