A plant growth device is provided which mainly comprises a frame body, a lamp bracket disposed on the top of the frame body, a pot body disposed at the bottom the frame body, and a water pan disposed below the pot body. The lamp bracket is configured with a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp providing light sources with different wavelengths. The pot body disposed at the bottom of the frame body is filled with soil. A water channel is further provided for delivering water, which is connected to a timing-proportioning device and an external water source. A high-oxygen water generating device is further provided, which is connected to the water channel. An ozone (O3) generating device is connected with a gas pipe that is extendingly disposed in the soil of the pot body.
