PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and an ultrasonic image processing program each capable of reducing clutters and/or motion artifacts.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1 includes a tomographic image data generation unit 13, a blood flow information generation unit 14, a variation detection unit 15 and a condition change unit 16. The tomographic image data generation unit 13 sequentially acquires tomographic image data of a subject with respect to a plurality of periods of time. The blood flow information generation unit 14 subjects reception signals to a processing based on a signal processing condition including a rate threshold value related to the blood flow information on the subject to acquire the blood flow information. The variation detection unit 15 receives a plurality of tomographic image data different in a period of time from each other and detects the magnitude of the change in a time base direction. The condition change unit 16 changes the signal processing condition on the basis of the magnitude of the change in the time base direction detected by the variation detection unit. When the condition change unit 16 changes the signal processing condition, the blood flow information generation unit 14 acquires the blood flow information by subjecting the received signals to a processing based on the changed signal processing condition.【課題】クラッタやモーションアーチファクトを低減することができる超音波診断装置及び超音波画像処理プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】超音波診断装置１は、断層画像データ生成部１３と、血流情報生成部１４と、変化検出部１５と、条件変更部１６とを有する。断層画像データ生成部１３は、被検体の断層画像データを複数の時間について逐次求める。血流情報生成部１４は、被検体の血流情報に係る速度閾値を含む信号処理条件に基づく処理を受信信号に施して血流情報を求める。変化検出部１５は、時間が互いに異なる複数の断層画像データを受け、時間軸方向における変化の大きさを検出する。条件変更部１６は、変化検出部が検出した時間軸方向における変化の大きさに基づいて信号処理条件を変更する。血流情報生成部１４は、条件変更部１６が信号処理条件を変更したとき、変更された信号処理条件に基づく処理を受信信号に施して血流情報を求める。【選択図】図１
