The present invention relates to a composition which promotes dedifferentiation of differentiated cells into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and contains an inhibitor of a mitochondrial function. The present invention further relates to a method for preparing induced pluripotent stem cells which are dedifferentiated from differentiated cells by means of the composition.
