PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technique for producing a bilayer membrane vesicle having almost the same size as that of a bio-cell more easily by using a pressure generator inexpensive than that of the conventional technique-based apparatus for producing the vesicle.SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing the bilayer membrane vesicle includes a plurality of structures each of which includes a main flow path, a plurality of micro-diverticula opened to the main flow path, and a loculus adjacent to each of the plurality of micro-diverticula while interposing a deformable partition wall between them.
