The invention relates to medical appliances, namely to a single-use syringe.According to the invention the syringe comprises a hollow cylindrical body (1), one end of which is open and the other is shut down with a needleholder (2), on the outer surface of which, undetachably and eccentrically to the longitudinal axis of the body, is fixed a needle, in the body are further installed, made as a whole, a piston (3) and a stem (4). On the inner surface of the needleholder, along the longitudinal axis of the body, is undetachably made a rod (6), on the surface of which are made elastic latches (7) directed towards the needleholder in the piston and in the end subpiston portion of the rod (5) is made a blind bore (8), coaxial with the rod, on the inner surface of the bore are made protrusions or grooves (9), for coupling with the elastic latches of the rod.
