PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination system and a moving body, capable of forming light environment suitable for a user after getting up from a point view of a biological rhythm.SOLUTION: An illumination system 1 includes: an illumination device 3； a time setting part 5 for setting target time； and a control part 9 for controlling the color temperature of light irradiated by the illumination device 3.
