PURPOSE: An artificial fish reef for a fish breeding seedbed is provided to help breeding of marine resources from the sea and to reduce damage to fishery. CONSTITUTION: An artificial fish reef for a fish breeding seedbed comprises: an upper frame(13) in which a plurality of square pieces are connected a lower frame(15) in which a plurality of square pieces are connected and which is bigger than the structure of the upper frame a connection frame(30) interlinking the upper edge parts of the upper frame and lower frame a fixed frame(19) fixed to the bottom of the sea and a plurality of artificial seedbeds fixed to the inside of the upper and lower frames.본 발명은 해양생물의 서식지를 제공하는 구조물에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게 설명하면 바다에 서식하는 해양생물 등의 수산자원의 번식을 도울 수 있도록 안정적이고 경제적이며 생육에 효율적인 서식환경을 제공하여 어업의 발달로 인한 수산자원 고갈 및 부족 등의 피해에 대처할 수 있는 해양생물의 서식이 용이한 구조를 가지는 인공묘판이 구비되는 인공묘판대 어초에 관한 것이다.
