The invention relates to a process for preparing glycopyrronium bromide in the form of [R,S] and [S.R] diastereoisomers, the method consisting in separation of these desired diastereoisomers from the mixture of [R,S3, [S,R], [R,R] and [S,S] diastereoisomers by means of two or more controlled crystallizations from a solution of a solvent selected from the group consisting of 1-propanol, 2-propanol, 1-butanol, and tert-butanol.L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de bromure de glycopyrronium sous forme des diastéréoisomères [R,S] et [S,R], le procédé consistant à séparer ces diastéréoisomères souhaités du mélange des diastéréoisomères [R,S], [S,R], [R,R] et [S,S] au moyen de deux cristallisations régulées ou plus à partir d'une solution d'un solvant choisi dans le groupe constitué de 1-propanol, de 2-propanol, de 1-butanol et de tert-butanol.
