The present invention relates to a bead for stitching, a needle for stitching, a side suction cap and an internal organ stitching apparatus for endoscopes using the same, and more specifically to a bead for stitching that allows naturally lying down against an organ wall upon discharge, a needle for stitching that allows control of discharge of the bead for stitching, and an internal organ stitching apparatus for endoscopes provided with a side suction cap configured to prevent damages to other organs upon surgical procedure.
