A series of linear peptides is described which are useful for the treatment of pathologies caused by pathogenic microorganisms. Said peptides have a significant antibacterial activity, associated with great stability and resistance to the action of bacterial peptidases, and low or non-existent hemo- or cyto-toxicity. In particular, the disposition of the hydrophobic amino acids alternated with charged amino acids gives the peptides high activity.Linvention concerne une série de peptides linéaires qui sont utiles pour le traitement de pathologies causées par des micro-organismes pathogènes. Ces peptides présentent une activité antibactérienne importante, associée à une grande stabilité et une grande résistance à laction de peptidases bactériennes, ainsi quune hémotoxicité ou une cytotoxicité faible ou nulle. En particulier, la disposition des acides aminés hydrophobes alternés avec des acides aminés chargés confère aux peptides une activité élevée.
