PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pack material for skin that a user can easily apply to their body and that can effectively apply carbon dioxide gas to the skin.SOLUTION: A pack material for the skin that generates carbon dioxide gas comprising an inner sheet 11 that is applied to the skin, and an outer sheet 21 on the outer side of the inner sheet 11. The inner sheet 11 is a wet sheet in a wet state due to a liquid containing water, and the outer sheet 21 is a dry sheet in a dry state. The inner sheet 11 and the outer sheet 21 are packaged so as not to be in contact, the inner sheet 11 is placed on the skin, and overlapping the outer sheet 21 to be in contact with the placed inner sheet 11, thereby carbon dioxide gas is generated by both sheets being in contact.
