PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to accurately recognize the action of a person.SOLUTION: An action recognizing apparatus 100 is connected with an ultrasonic wave transmitting machine 10, and ultrasonic wave receiving machines 20a-20c. The action recognizing apparatus 100 acquires a mono-ID and the detection time from the ultrasonic wave transmitting machine 10. The action recognizing apparatus 100 also acquires information on the distance from the ultrasonic wave transmitting machine 10 to the ultrasonic wave receiving machines 20a-20c.
