The present invention relates to a permanent and removable tattoo kit, comprising: a. a composition for preparing a tattoo ink suitable for injection into the skin of a user, comprising a pigment (2), a substrate (1) associated with said pigment and forming with said pigment a substrate/pigment complex (3) of a size preventing the diffusion in the body of a user when injected into the skin of the user, the substrate is made up of SiO4 functions repeated x times and b. a composition for removing the tattoo comprising an agent for solubilising the substrate into fragments of sizes that allow diffusion in the body of a user, the solubilising agent being non-toxic and suitable for injection into the skin, said solubilising agent belonging to the family of the organic fluorides.La présence invention porte sur un kit de tatouage permanent et effaçable, comprenant : a. une composition de préparation dune encre de tatouage adaptée à lintroduction dans la peau dun utilisateur, comprenant un pigment (2), un support (1) associé à ce pigment et formant avec ce pigment un complexe support/pigment (3) dune taille empêchant la diffusion dans le corps dun utilisateur lorsquintroduite dans la peau de lutilisateur, le support est formé de fonctions SiO4 répétées x fois b. une composition deffacement du tatouage comprenant un agent de dissociation du support en fragments de tailles permettant la diffusion dans le corps dun utilisateur, lagent de dissociation étant non nocif et adapté à lintroduction dans la peau, ledit agent de dissociation appartenant á la famille des fluorures organiques.
