PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a medical treatment worker to immediately perform emergency broadcasting from a place away from a nurse call master unit arrangement place.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes: a voice signal reception section 13 for receiving the voice signal of the voice of a medical treatment worker input from a microphone 4a of one wall-embedded type slave unit 4 from the one wall-embedded type slave unit 4 a voice output control section 14 for outputting the voice of the medical treatment worker on the basis of the voice signal received by the voice signal reception section 13 and a switching section 15 for switching the output destination of the voice of the medical treatment worker by the voice output control section 14 into each one of multiple in-house speakers 8 when a predetermined condition to perform broadcasting from the one wall-embedded type slave unit 4 is satisfied.
