The present invention relates to a harrow apparatus for a rice transplanter, which has a structure preventing foreign substances from piling on the outer side of a rotor cover installed at the upper part of a rotor for a harrow so as to prevent increase of the weight of the harrow apparatus, thereby drastically improve the operability and durability of the harrow apparatus.
